Let the high-spirited rhythms of Chinese percussion awaken your senses and lead you into the enchanting realm of Chinese music. \nSynopsis:\nPreviously\, the Monk Tang and his three disciples travelled across multiverses with the power of string instruments. This time\, they arrive in a lively village during a harvest celebration. Suddenly\, a thick smoke envelops the village—rivers turn black\, trees wither\, and darkness falls. Worse yet\, Master Tang mysteriously disappears! The national symphonic poem “Farewell My Concubine” is based on Chinese historical themes and elements of Peking Opera\, creating a memorable chapter. The “The Art of War” suite allows fans to travel through time and space with the sound of the music. Also\, Yangqin Associate Professor Liu Yinxuan will perform the highly difficult Yangqin concerto “Rhapsody”.
