In a dream of the Red Chamber, the peerless soprano Wu Bixia takes the stage\uff01<\/p>\n

In 1987, Wang Liping spent four years composing the immortal score for Dream of the Red Chamber. Forty years on, its brilliance remains undimmed \u2014 within its notes echo Daiyu’s sorrow, Baoyu’s renunciation, and a dynasty’s fall from grace. These melodies have carried generations of memories, resonating deep within the Chinese soul.<\/p>\n

The Macao Chinese Orchestra presents soprano Wu Bixia alongside Artistic Director Zhang Lie and the South China Normal University Chorus. This ensemble of over a hundred artists revives timeless classics.<\/p>\n
