Percussion has a rich and colorful sound with strong rhythmic rhythms, and the flexibility of the percussion technique is a great test of the performer’s skills. The concert was led by percussionist Wang Yidong, who led the vocalists of the orchestra to perform a number of powerful pieces.
The wonderful “Multiple Drumming Inspired by Tang Music and Dance Scenes” is created with the “multiple drumming” technique, that is, using a pair of drumsticks to perform a technique similar to that of “multiple mallets”. Since its first performance by the Chinese Orchestra in Macao, the piece has received great acclaim and is a must-attend performance.
