The moonlight is like water, the music is melodious, let’s create a unique musical memory for Macao together. Every year during the Mid-Autumn Festival, thousands of citizens and tourists gather against the majestic backdrop of the World Heritage Site of the Ruins of St. Paul’s to celebrate the festival amidst enchanting music. The orchestra will once again use music as a medium to perform a series of festive pieces under the bright moonlight, celebrating joy, poetic charm, and graceful elegance. Coinciding this year with the 20th Anniversary of the Inscription of the “Historic Centre of Macao” on the World Heritage List, the arrangement of traditional and innovative repertoire, paired with meticulously designed stage effects, allows the ancient Ruins of St. Paul’s to radiate new charm amidst the moonlight and music.
